Hello i am 33 yrs old.I found a very good man that treats me good,but my only problem is that i am getting fat.I dont drink water hardily at all.I do have a whole work out gym in my house but i want to loose and tighten at the same time.I have had 4 boys there ages are 13 12 9 8 and i have a baby fat belly.Does anyone have any good ideas.Last yr i was 110 lbs and i am now 195 lbs

The more of these things I read the more I find people just like me. I just turned 30 this year and had a new baby 5 weeks ago. My husband and I married last November and I weighed 160. That was an okay weight for me.. I like to be smaller than that but I felt okay with how I looked.. Girl, hold on to your hat cause now I weigh 222. I am just sick!!! I can relate to the drastic weight gain. I know how you must feel. I have been reading like crazy trying to find some magic potion that works. I have seen alot on these diet aides, some are good and some are bad. Lots of different diets. No white flour or sugar is suppose to work. Low carbs, high protien.. etc.. Girl, I guess we need to face the hard core facts: watch what you eat and excercise. When I met my husband he played in a band..in order to compete with the "groupies" I wanted to loose weight. My now sister-n-law and I walked two miles at a pop.. three to four times a week faithfully. I really didn't watch what I ate that much.. I did cut out sweets.. I went from a size 13/14 to a mean size 9. I mean if I do say so myself.. I looked great. So that is what I am going to do. We walked real briskly too. I say grab a good friend you like to gab with (helps it not be so boring) and walk like crazy. That is what I am doing. My sis n law and I are back to the pavement and weather she likes it or not she is going with me until this mess is off !! Good luck to ya !!

My highest weight was back in March of this year at 305. I'm down to 283 now, I eat properly sized propotions of food, eat healthier foods (reduced fat and salt), drink at leat 72 oz of water per day, and I'm up at 5 am to swim a mile 5x a week. Plus, I use Herbalife to control my late afternoon hunger, which was always difficult to control. Sorry, no magic potions or pills or diets, I've tried them all. Decide what you really want and know that even if you lose the weight, it doesn't solve all your problems.
