Well, Its been one month with curves I've been going 3 times a week and doing 30+ minuntes. Yesterday I measured and was weighted. I lost 3 1/4" but gain 6 lbs. AHHHHHHHHHH how can this me. I try to watch what I eat and I should have gone up. I just want to hide in a corner and die.

Have you been keeping a daily food journal and counting your calories? You may be eating more than you realize. Also, are you drinking lots of water? I have finally gotten into the habit of drinking at least 3 liters of water per day. I think it makes a huge difference.

Depending on the time of day, your weight can vary quite a bit. If you want to use weight as a measurement, weigh yourself on the same scale in the morning before you eat or drink. Personally, I'd rather be fit and toned than light and flabby! Keep in mind that muscle is more dense than fat and it burns more calories so if you have a lot of muscle, you can eat more without gaining weight!
