We had a really bad time with trolls for awhile and I mean bad. It got so irratating. So, Melanie fixed it and now you have to log on. There are lot's of new people and some of the oldies (but goodies) are still around too. Doug is still around and Ken too.
I'm not as motivated as I was and I not exercising too much, but I've lost a total of 14 pounds since March. Hope all is well with you!

Hey, Derrick, glad you're back. I took a break over the summer and came back just as the trolls were being chased away with a big broom. How have you been?

Well, I'm not exactly where I want to be yet. I kind of changed up so to speak. I decided I wanted a leaner look. I put on some muscle and my weight just wouldn't go down. I know you can do both, but I decided to lower my cals and drop the weights and do all cardio. It worked, because I started losing again immediately. I'm at 220 from 296. I want to get down to about 190, and pack on some more muscle up to about 200. If you can remember, I said my ideal look is like how LL Cool J looks now. I found out he's 200, and we are about the same height and build. His body fat has to be in the single digits! We had a hurricane here a couple weeks ago, and my garage was destroyed, with all my equipment in it. So far, all I could save was my treadmill, so I haven't been up on my exercise for about 3 weeks. Enough about me. How have you been? Where are you at right now.

Well keep it up. I feel like that a lot recently. I've been at this for 1 year and 6 months as of Oct 25th. I thought I would have been at my goal weight by now. I never included all the ups and downs you can go through while trying to lose. I'm still at it though!

I'm ok. I'm still at it. I haven't taken a long break until now, and that's because I had to. My garage with all my equipment was destroyed a few weeks ago from Hurricane Isabel that hit Virginia. I still eat the same, just haven't done much exercise. I did save my treadmill, so that's about all I can do now.

im basically at maintanance with everything really...i mean i have put on a few kilos but i am on creatine so i dont know how much, if any, of that is fat weights, especially since i ditched my cheat days (well i lessened the impact of them atleast)..im still trying to get some size muscle wise but i have to up my cals more to do that and my cardio routine is not existant since im busy with work and uni so im not going to get to that stage until i feel i can give it my all...so yeah..in a nutshell not much has changed.
