Well, it depends what you want to do. If you're looking for overall body tone, then you'll have to do an upper and lower body workout. You can alternate days. For example.... Monday is upper, Tuesday is lower, Wednesday is upper, etc. You'll need to work the major muscle groups for sure. The quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, abs (lower, upper and obliques) shoulders, back, bicep, tricep and chest. You can use a variety of exercises to do this. Your best bet would be to either consult a personal trainer or someone who can help you learn and perform various exercises PROPERLY. I stress this because it's easy to hurt yourself if you do the exercises wrong, so make sure you get informed and start with light weights; make sure you're doing it right before you add more weight. You could also buy a book to help you learn.
Hope this helps you out :))

you can use a whole heap of variety when choosing routines...usually it comes down to how much time u want to spend in the gym...i will train a muscle once per week and split it up over 4 days..monday - chest, tuesday-shoulders, wednesday- off, thursday - back, friday - arms and legs..ill throw in ab crunches on one of those days too..or you could do it Luna's way and dividethe upper and lower but i wouldnt train a musclemore than twice per week..so its up toyou what u want to do
