I read your reply below and I do thank you. I wasn't really paying attention to their product line as I do not have any money to spend right now and b/c of this I do not belong to a gym. I do everything on my weider weight bench that has your standard stuff plus a lat pulldown and dip handles (although I never use them). Up until now, I was using the Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight video which is divided into a 20min upper body and 20min lower body. I do this all in one session since I can spare 40min. Even before I purchased this video I was doing a whole body routine. Looking at the routine on that site I mentioned, a lot of those exercises I cannot possibly do b/c I do not belong to a gym (eg. leg press, machine calf raises, cable curls, cable type exercises). That shorten their list of exercise really quick so I think I can complete the routine in ~ 45min. My main concern was the cardio interfering with the weights. I guess I will just have to try and see huh?
Thanks,
melve

well i dont think it will if you play your cards right....the only limiting factor is nutrition and how much rest your body gets...if u get tired daily and easily, you know its too much so thats easy to solve...you may have to play around with carbs/protein levels to actually achieve some growth and have carbs for cardio to achieve fat loss....but if you get roughly 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, then carbs and some fats i dont see any problem with it.
