Hey! I was wondering if you knew some good exercises for your stomach. I need to loose my little (and by little I mean my big belly) belly. I was wondering if you knew of any other ones besides just regular cruches. Thanx

Hey look now i can help you! get one of those huge balls that look useless. sit on it directly on top two ft from a wall. bring your toes to the wall and then your knees to a 90 degree angle with the floor. like an upside down L.
then, do the pelvic thrust thing, and then bring your body horizontally down- dont let your head hang though! then cross your arms over your chest and slowly bring yourself up a tiny tiny bit- then hold it- then bring yourself up a bit more- hold it- then almost to sitting position again and then back down a little-hold- then down more-hold and repeat . you only have to do ten a day! it's something my trainor taught me ;) also- the pelvic thrust thingy i mentioned- lay on the floor- as if you were standing- legs and arms slightly out. notice that your back isn't completely flat on the floor? theres a natural curve to your spine- now what you want to do is keep your shoulders flat and even out your spine with the floor- this is a movement of your pelvis. hold it there- then go back to normal position- then do it again. do as many as you can- it does wonders really!

skull crushers (kinda kneeling with the rope of the tricep press down machine and crunch the weight down - your arms remain stationary they are just holding the rope) kinda hard to explain without showing you....you can also do one on the exercise ball..lie on the ball facing the other way than tricep machine...grab the rope and pull it to your chest - now crunch up and down keeping the rope at your chest so u make sure ur arms and shoulders are not rotating the weight forwards...hanging knee raises is another...those two parrellel bars that stick out of the wall on most gyms..you basically hold yourself up with your arms so your legs are off the floor..then control a swing of your two bent legs (which are together) up to your tummy..you probably cant get all the way but thats ok your not supposed to.

Pilates, Pilates! And I've heard that if you sit on the ball instead of the couch when watching TV or instead of a chair when playing on the computer your muscles will be working to keep your body stable. Only works if you keep check of your posture.
