I was looking at your workout under another thread. Are you doing that much exercise for any particular reason? You are generally working out twice a day for 5 days, and once on the 6th day, with one day of rest. Are you doing that much cardio to lose weight? I have been doing 4-5 days a week of cardio and weight lifting, and have lost about 33 pounds in 3 months. I know the smaller you are the harder it is to lose. I am at 257 now, and my weight loss has been pretty steady (about 10 pounds a month). I think you were at 170 something, can't remember exactly. But, what is you reason for so much exercise?

lol...to reach that elusive goal of 10% body fat...i know i over do it sometimes...im changing the 10 minutes of hell cardio to my weight training off days, and on my weight training days i do HIIT cardio....so all in all im still looking like this :
Monday cardio HIIT and weights in evening
Tues day : 10 min cardio
Wed: HIIT and evening weights
Thur: 10 min cardio
Fri: HIIT and evening weights
Sat: light swim, walk for about 45 minutes
Sun: off
Im cutting it down a bit i just feel slack but i know its good for me...it was raining hard all day yesterday and i did no cardio...thats 2 days without cardio for me and im feeling slack as hell!!....apart from lofty goals i dont know why i train so hard...im down to about 165 now and havent lost any muscle mass, so it is working..its just taking so slow!!
