I did my 70 minutes in 55, I am so excited! Although, today is usually one of days off, I ate 100 cals under my maintain so I figured I had better burn some of it off, LOL at 10:00 at night. I usually go along with the tape and find myself getting ahead so I slow down to keep up, well today I did it from memory to my own music......cool!
