 Guess what I did today?

Yep you guessed right, when I came home from work smelling like burger grease instead of jumping in the shower I jumped into my work out gears and did a 20 minutes intense work out!

Now I must definitly hit that shower LOL before sitting down to eat...Apparently we are having salmon...G

 How do you do it?

Way to go on the resisting temptation AND the exercise. I am so jealous, I can't seem to get off my bum after work to exercise. I am on my feet at work and wiped when I get home.... got any tips that might help? I have already gained back 12 pounds and can't seem to get back into it, my main problem is the working and feeling like I can't work out afterwards.

Again way to go, I can tell by your posts that you have found your strength again and i'm doing a happy dance for you about those inches!

I`ve realised that if I want to lose more and get in better shape I can`t use work as an excuse not to work out....My week is quite busy working from 7am-4pm , coming home , have dinner then back out the door to take the kids to karate , come home a little after 8pm to finish getting lunches for school and work, then get ready for bed cause that`s one thing that I have been doing is going to bed around 9-9:30 pm instead of the usual 11pm -12am...SO I have to find a way...20 minutes of high intensity on days when I`m short on time will have to do and even 10 minutes if I give it my best then On days when hubby is home and offering to take the kids to karate then it is up to me to get that butt off the couch and do a longer work out. I can find all kinds of reasons not to work out, but I can`t be happy with myself once the weight starts to creep up again so I guess I have to chose my battles. It did help that I didn`t have to worry about making dinner that saves a lot of time...On nights when I do have to and then take the kids to karate, I`ll have to go to the city track and do a walk. there while they do their classes... I have to chose to make things happen and not fall back on being the lazy self I know I can be because when I`m lazy I`m also moody and unhappy so it just depends what mood I want to be in...G

Way to go G! Those extra minutes working out will make you feel so much better.

totally worn out, shouting... "holy **** what a ride!"
