i just took out the tape measure and with than 10lbs went One inch off my abdomen. Yeah!!!
it is 3:30 am... i just got off work and am going to sleep about 5 hrs then get up for Easter... We are having a family dinner today and I am going to allow myself to eat whatever i want but in moderation. For the Last few days i have been Under my calorie limit by a couple hundred so Just for Today i'm going to allow myself to Go to Maintinance Level which is 2500
this is the first Holiday or Family get together since i started this and i think i have just decided that on These days if i can just eat at Maintinance level I won't gain, but then i hopefully won't get frustrated and give up and pig out.
Anyway thanks for letting me share... just extra motivation cuz if i know i told ya'll i was not going to pig out, I'd be disappointed in myself if i had to come back and say that i did...

Great way of thinking, if like me you are having something like ham, which can be quite salty just make sure to drink extra water today and the next few days and avoid the scale as well since it may show a false weight gain from the water retention and you are right, you won`t gain weight eating at maintainance level and because of the increase of food for the one meal, if you wait until the end of the week to step on the scale you may find that your metabolism has work better and burn a bit extra...That one meal once in while is like adding the higher grade of gas to your gas thank, it helps work better....Good Luck and congrats n the weightloss G

Isn't that an absolutely wonderful feeling! I haven't noticed a change in the way my clothes feel yet, but I am really looking for ward to it.
It really helps to stay on track when you can see or feel changes!
Keep it up!
