i don't think that's quite the letter of the law there., that mint ice cream can be good for you.
But what he said makes since. Think of all the green foods, mainly veggies, and they are all good for you.
His program is all about heart health. The promotes mostly vegetarian and low on dairy. Research shows that after bypass surgery, those new arteries are clogged within 2 years. Hence, if you don't change your lifestyle, you will have to do it again. He says that breads, pastas, all of those things are still okay, just lean towards wheat and brown rice versions.
He's shown video of meat and all the cholesterol. How one man ate a huge steak before he had a heart attack and surgery and they were literally pulling strings of fat and cholesterol out of his veins during surgery. EEWW!
I may be young enough now to not have to worry about it, but I've got bad hearts, high cholesterol and diabetes running in my family. A little scary.

All of that runs in my family too. Which is why I'm trying to eat healthier these days. I'm not getting any younger.
Green foods, hmm, do green M&M's count?
