Man I am feeling a high I haven't felt in a while I woke up this morning after having a heart to heart with one of my best friends last night and decided to get out the clothes and go for a walk I walked for 2 miles this morning and feel great. I am really starting to believe that if I do it in themorning I won't want to eat that nasty stufff all day long I feel too good to. I had me a slim fast shake this morning for the protein and after wards I had some water with a little bit of lemon and I had my dad get me some DIET coke I love 3 weeks off form school i really feel that I will do great things now. Sorry I just thought I would share with you somethign that I felt might help someone else.

Plus I am thinking about running now for fun and fitness I have heard that t will help in loosing weight a lot faster. Any suggestions or advice that why I am tarting out on walking I will evenutally get up to running those 2 miles. Will this help my abs too? loosing weight is key thing in my life right now.

it will help with the loss of bodyfat everywhere, not just abs...do a search on a beginners interval training program, you get great results from it....slim fast isnt protein, its a meal replacement and not very filling, you may agree....anyway try intervals.
