I had a great workout this morning. As soon as I got home I prepared my meals for the day. Being on track feels so good!
I also write in a journal at least once a day to keep me focused and inspired. I like to write down positive things that happen to me from my exercise program.
This way whenever I feel down or feel like not working out I go and read my journal. This reminds me why I’m exercising and how much of a positive effect it has on me.
What are some positive tools that you guys use? Let me know. I would love to hear from you.
