I just started dieting and excersizing today... and I guess that it was such a difference for my body... I lost 4 pounds!!! (In two days!) I know it doesn't seem healthy, but I didn't go about it in an un-healthy way! Now, thats motivation to keep on going!

I've almost finished converting my men's diet/exercise program to women, so I'll be happy to post it in the coming week. I know it works, at least the male one did for me, because it's what I did to turn my life around. The success has also been transfered to friends who have benefited from this.
I wasn't sure whether to post the men's one, unless anyone is interested.

Great job jennifer!! Keep it up...its great to get that initial loss...nothing better than dropping a couple pounds to keep you motivated!! Just remember to keep up your water intake...that will definitely help you keep the pounds coming off!!!!
