Woohoo! I feel so great! I just did 30 minutes on the stairmaster and some sit-ups. Now I have to rest of the day to do anything. Everyone else go get your workout in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got mine in too. I did circuit training combining weights and cardio for 40 minutes(I used the elliptical for the cardio cause it gets my heart rate up fast) and after a little cool down & rest I rode a stationary bike for another 20 minutes. I think I might have lost a pound just from sweating.
