Thanks again everyone for all the recent discussion on rewards for weight loss. I have come up with some for my own goals over the next few months:
For meeting my weekly exercise goal: a small glass of ice wine at the end of the week
For meeting my next weight loss goal of getting into the 220's by June 5: getting my hair done
For meeting my weight loss goal after that of getting to the 100s by mid August: a series of wraps before my sister's wedding (reason for the goal)
I'm not thinking much farther in advance than that, but I am sure excited about this!

I love thinking about rewards...it's much nicer than thinking negative, why I don't deserve that, I don't like myself, negative, etc...thinking. ENJOY!!!

I know! Rewards are great. I have 6 weeks to lose 10lbs for my next big goal. (35lbs) My hubby will treat me to a romantic getaway. If I don't make it by that date, I will have to wait until September because of scheduling/vacations etc. So, I am giving it my all to get that reward! I really don't want it if I don't earn it... So, I have to lose 1.6 lbs a week... it is reasonable, so I am giving it 100%. I will obviously keep you posted since I am ALWAYS here. :-D
