Yowee--it was so very good. I put in corn on the cob, red potatoes, (NO OIL OR FAT) shrimp and crawdads...it was awesome...I ended up not needing a potatoe, mnn, but the corn soaked up all the cayenne...mnn, super hot! The amazing part of it all was that I never felt like I was 'cheating'...I was just getting a treat! I ended up coming in at my calorie range WITH the treat, so I felt great! Bottom line, this is going to be a lifestyle change forever, so I need to be able to get in foods that I enjoy...in moderation of course!
