 Gorgeous day!

Finally spring weather!! I know a lot of us have been dealing with a pretty bad winter, but I woke up this morning at it was gorgeous out. Just got back from a 1 hour walk. Haven't done that in a few years! It was just so nice outside I lost track of time. Really lifted my spirits too. Anyone else experiencing gorgeous weather for the first time in months this week? Does wonders for working out, doen't it? :)

It was beautiful here too. Got the kids loaded up and we took a walk downtown. Took us 45 minutes to get there and then we walked around for a while. Before I knew it 5 hours had passed. I must have burned some calories then. :)

yesterday AFTER going to my step aerobics-powerzone class, I came home and hand washed my car! It was about 80* and sunny. Just 2 or 3 weeks ago and we had an ice storm that shut us down for 3 days and two weeks prior to that we had SNOW. I live in central Texas so that is almost unheard of here!!!!

yea! now the kids are asking to go swimming but NOT YET. the water is still too cold and the only open pool in town is SPRING FED!!!!! talk about freezing?!

I know exactly what you mean as I am in the DFW area. I felt so good about the weather that I just spent two hours in Home Depot getting gardening materials so I can start a garden. I love spring!!
