Good in depth information on Ideal weight and BMI calculators. A must read if you're going to put any stock in Ideal weight calculations.

Very informative! I just went there and I like what I see. My ideal weight was 6 pounds higher than on this site and most others. On most calculaters, I should weigh 135, but I know I just can't get there. And the funny thing is, whenever I look at my BMI it gives a weight range between two numbers, then I find the weight that's exectly in the middle. And that number is usually 141. And I always found that very odd that they would say that my ideal weight should be 135!
So, I liked this site because it told me my weight should be 141, which is more towards where I'm aiming for!
Hope this makes sense, I sometimes don't understand what i'm talking about! :)
