 Good morning to those who are doing the challenge...

I have the day off today and it`s nice to say "good morning"...

I`m out the door in a bit to drive an hour to a urologist with my 11 year old daughter (that`s why I have the day off) but when I come home I`m already planing a strength training session...The pants they issued at work just fit in the waist so I`m working on needing a belt LOL...
I also feel that now that my body is getting used to my workday, I need to that extra little bit at night and on week ends...

Come on we can do this!!!

5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

G, I would have taken the challenge, but I've had a cold this week. I was really busy this weekend and didn't make exercise a priority. Now I haven't worked out since Friday. Today, I'm going running at lunch (cold or not) because I just can't stand it.

I think the exercise will help me fight this cold which is really knocking me for a loop. Anyway, keep up the good work.
