O.K.....I want to make the most out this week with my work outs and eating monday -friday because I have my slow pitch play offs coming up this week end which means a lot of unscheduled eating but lots of socializing with friends! I am not staying at the same weight this week !!! I am going down by at least 2 lbs by friday because I`m setting my mind to it!

Today`s work out as soon as I log off the computer(killing some time because I just ate breakfast and want to digest a bit first) is to do a kickass warm up and then weight trainning and paying attention to abs and thigh with some exercises I found in a mag...I`m also working on increasing my push up output....G


5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in
