Got my journal back out this morning and I`m ready to roll...Technically I did 5 real good days of food intake keeping my journal and working out and then followed that with 4 days of not keeping my journal, had one bad night with junk food and work outs were o.k but not as much as it could have been....(exept for yesterday!)...
I figured my problem! I do so much better when hubby is not around!!!
Oh well this new lifestyle has to include hubby as part of it so I can`t really use it as an excuse...



Anyhoo this morning will be 1/2 hr cardio and tonight my 1 hr karate class.
It`s a must that when I miss monday I do tuesday cause I have to get 2 classes in /week to make it worth it...Sensei has been running the class more towards circuit/interval training and I really like the new format...G


5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

Sounds like a tough workout at Karate. I do miss it. Our school disintegrated, and the next nearest school of my form, Kajukembo, is about twenty miles away.

We must always be the first ones up in the morning huh, G? Anyway, you have to get get used to doing well around the hubby or dump him. Isn't that a joke? "I lost 250 lbs. of fat. I divorced my husband!"

Going to go workout.m More later.

I was slow moving and was going to try in the pm and then decided to go for it this am thinking"If Eric is doing this with me , then I`m going to do it now and feel better"

I did the 30 minutes cardio and for a change of music I put on the Cher cd I hadn`t listen to for ages...The song "Do you believe" is a great inspiration to work out..

I also did 2 sets of 20 bow twist...Cool down and stretches....:D
