 Good, good morning!

Gooooood Moooorning!!!:):) I just thought I'd be the wake-up call today.:) If you've been off the wagon somewhat, make today the day you're going to initiate consistency in your life. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you. If you haven't come off of the wagon, great! But maybe implement something in your day that will add meaning to what you're doing. Maybe instead of exercising indoors, go out and consciously take note of the nature around you. Or, take someone with you and help them feel the freedom and refreshment that comes when you take care of yourself. :):)

On a personal note, my skirts are getting loose and I'm really wanting to weigh in, but I told myself I couldn't weigh in until I'd had a complete 6 days of exercise. My exercise is still sporadic, but I'm anticipating big change. The kids are improving by the day (they were very ill), and I'm willing the same stuff to stay away from me.

Take care, you all.

Thanks for the wake up call...I need it...I have been sick the last few days and couldn`t move from the sofa yesterday...I did put on the bracelets and had my 9 servings of fruits and veggies simply because when I have a cold I`ll drink stuff like coffee and cup of soup cause it feels good or eat ice cream and pudding cause again it feels good on the soar throat...So this way I made sure to have something more nutritious.....I do feel better today and at least have my voice back...Not up to a work out but making sure I eat food rich in vitamin C and having my flaxseed...

Good morning! I had an exciting day yesterday, as I purchased my first pair of size 14 jeans! I haven't worn that size in 20 years. I also went through my entire wardrobe and tried EVERYTHING on, weeding out all the clothes that are too big, and they are going to go away. I've already had 2 garage sales this summer, not sure it's warm enough for a 3rd. So, they may go into storage until warmer weather.

I'm thrilled to have settled in at 188 right now, so my breakthrough into the 180's last week wasn't a fluke, looks like it's here to stay. :)

Good morning to you all!

It's a gorgeous fall morning, one of those days that makes me feel like I'm "cutting" work since I left my office job and started gardening. It's so funny, I catch myself saying "I should be at work today," and then I realize that I am at work.

Eric

I intend to live forever.....So far so good!

272/ /188 1.5 lbs. this week. I dare not say till the cast comes off

I agree. I pity my engineer husband and I've never been so glad that I chose to be a home mom. Lots of time in the leaves with the kids.:):) You're sounding good, Eric. Good to see you this morning.:)

Good morning everyone! :)
I stayed home today, and didn't go to school. I am not sick or anything, just overwhelmed. I was getting very little sleep lately, and then yesterday I got home around 7 PM (after leaving the house at 6 AM), and just couldn't make myself study. So I'm using today as a study day at home... I really need it to catch up.

I wish I could go outside... :/
But I will probably go to the gym later on today, so it should be ok.
