i doing well so far
had special k red berrys for breakfast
and then mis morning an apple (instead of the old chocolate)
lunch i had a home made ham salad
lot of coffee (black i need caffine) loads of water
if i am hungrey later i will have some fruit
only dinner tonight to think about now
