Has anyone got any idea what excercises will lessen the fat on my thighs and maybe strentghen the muscles? That's the only part of my body that stays fat and wobbly, no matter what!

i agree with that one!!! Ive know brat for years now and no matter what i have wobbly thighs!!! What i suggest to you is to do step ups so it strenghthens your muscle and tones it! keep going! you can do it!!!!Also less calorie intake is a good idea!

A good exercise to tone the muscles in your thighs is to lay on the floor,, if you have an exercise ball or even a beach ball.. hold it between your legs and squeeze the ball with your legs as hard as you can and hold for a count of 5. do that about 5 to 10 times..
