Hi Everyone, well I finally dropped 2 lbs. since Sunday, so now I am 132. Yippee! (I'm 5'7" in case you forgot) My goal is 120-125 so its not gonna be a huge task but still...My trainer at my health club just made me a program so I know that will help me out a lot. He plans to increase my intensity of my work out and do more ab work. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting rid of that annoying little side roll. There isn't much there but it bugs me and I want it gone. Thanks for your help!

Diet and cardio are the keys! You can't spot reduce fat. Your body will decide where the fat comes from. There is no exercise that can make you lose fat from a specific place. Ab work won't make you lose fat from your gut! All ab exercises do is build the muscle that is under the fat. The 6 pack won't show until you get rid of the fat! The only suggestion I can give you, is to kick your cardio up, and eat in a calorie range that will allow you to lose about 1-2 pounds a week. 1500 calories a day should be fine for you.
