Hi everyone. A long time since talking with all of you. I hope you ALL are good, and I hope you ALL have a wonderful holiday season.
Now I read down below where some of you were interested in what calories certain fast food restaurants have. Well I don't know IF any of you have seen this site before, but it is a good one. It's free as well. All you have to do is click on to the Restaurant section, choose the one you want nutritional facts on. And then select the menu items you want to look at..( You can just select the whole menu if you want too )..and then select the way you want to sort it out, like by calories, or fat, ect.
The web address is...
http://www.kenkuhl.com/fastfood/search.shtml
I hope you all find what you are looking for.
Peace, Ronnie.

Thanks for posting that :)
Here's another cool one that you can customize according to ingredients ordered. For example when I order things from Taco Bell, I always ask them to leave off the beans, sour cream and cheese. Until I found this site, I had no way of knowing how many calories the item had once I removed some of the traditional ingredients. With this site I can now find all of that out.
http://www.yum.com/nutrition/default.htm
There are nutrition calculators for Taco Bell, Long John Silvers, KFC, A&W and Pizza Hut.
It's really neat :)

I've heard of the yum.com site.
I actually still eat enough fast food (busy lifestyle, don't cook) that I have all of my local fast food restaurants nutrition information pages bookmarked.
LOL, that's pretty bad!
My favorite meal will always be the double whopper w/chees, fries, and a coke, from Burger King... but since that alone has about 1500 or more calories, I don't think I'll ever touch it again... : )
