Hey all,
I'm very sorry that I haven't kept you guys posted in the last bunch of months. Especially those of you (GymMachine/Marie-Anne etc) who gave me some excellent advice.
It now seems I am qualified enough to give advice too! At a tad under 6 ft, I'm now 144 pounds, have clearly visible abdominal muscles, as well as a great muscular body tone. This has all come about from regular exercise and healthy dieting. Both of which I keep up regularly. I have an intense program of 3-week gym workouts, daily cardio runs and alternating abdominal and body exercise/stretch days. With all this, I'm able to treat myself regularly to certain foods and my confidence levels have been boosted massively. Coming from 210 pounds 16 months ago to this has obviously changed the way I look. People no longer recognise me and are amazed by my results.
I currently (alongside work (I am taking a 'Gap-Year' before entering University next year)) give advice (both nutritional and fitness orientated) to friends, family and anyone interested in the topics. Only recently I have become a vegetarian, but still consume dairy and egg products as a healthy and more ethical source of protein (contains amino acids not all found in individual vegetables).
So all in all, life is good and I'd love to give advice and confide with all of you.
My three top tips?
1. Drink lots and lots of water
2. Get a blender strong enough to convert ice to slush
3. Get a steamer, the god of cooking!
Yours truly
Danny

I was going to say the same thing! Let's see you! You're advice is very good, by the way. We sure are proud of you!
