 Falling off track

I'd been doing so well for three weeks and then the last two days I haven't been sticking with my plan. They haven't been a disaster by any means, but I'm heading down that slippery slope and I need to scratch and claw my way back up. One of my problems is that my weight loss is so dang slow, but doing this sure isn't going to speed it up, is it? Any suggestions?

It sure can be disheartening when the weight doesn't come off fast.
Have you been exercising? If not go for a 30 minute walk daily that should rev your metabolism up. Also what type of diet are you on?
Don't weigh yourself daily. Once a week is fine. Any pre menstrual reasons for the weight stabilising? Ie. fluid retention.
Can only say hang in there, you can only go forward, going backwards is not an option.
Even if your loss is slow for no apparent reason, then that is your bodies way of functioning, and you may have to come to terms with a slower weight loss.
Annoying though it is. YOU will get there if you dig deep and carry on with your healthy eating..Just be patient.

I know exactly how you feel, Kim. I'm by no means the best person to give advice on this since I, myself, having the same kind of set backs.

Either way, you know you can do it! So what are you waiting for? Go make it happen. These kind of things are just some stops along your path- just make sure these stops are not permanent and keep going until you reach where you wanna be.

You go girl! You CAN do it! :)

Thanks so much for your support! I am exercising vigorously 3-4 times a week, which is all I can manage at the moment with my house remodeling. I guess I just need to eat less- Boo hoo! I'm going to report tomorrow how I did today, hoping that'll keep me honest.

Slow weight loss is the best way to lose weight!!Think of how long you took to gain all those extra pounds!!And dont drastically cut your calorie intake-it'll only make your cravings worse and lead to binging which will make you feel guilty.
Tomorrow will be a better day i'm sure!
