How long do you usually fall off the wagon on your weight loss programs? I just took six days off but I am ready to be strict again.

eh, it varies. I took 3 weeks off working out at one point to let my foot heal. But far as eating, I haven't fallen off cause of the change in lifestyle instead of some programed meal plan.

i was good about eating most of hte time but i for soem reason did not feel like exercising for about a week and a half..... i did have 1 or 2 days i didn't eat good but for the most part i did ok. I gained 1.5lbs
but then the next week i got back on the wagon and dropped 4lbs just like that
so i imagine it was some water weight from the extra sodium

anyway just hop back on the wagon and don't look back

Thanks Ken and Brandy for the responses. I was just kindof wondering if my lapse was normal.
