Someone... My parents are cooking fajitas for dinner and I don't know how much I can have. How many calories they will be. I have 500 more calories that I can have today. How much should I eat at dinner? Can someone please help me?

Hi Alexandra,
The amount of calories in a recipe depends on the ingredients that go in it. For example, if they are making them with red meat (not lean cut), they will have more calories and fat then if they were making it with lean ground turkey. Also, it depends if they are using lots of oil to cook them, or not.
The fajita recipes I've seen have 400-600 calories per serving, where the serving is 2 fajitas. This is without the toppings such as sour cream or guacamole.
