I just wanted to let everyone know that for a while, I was really worried about my stomach and my abs. I was growing a belly and I hated it. A lot had to do with bloating, also. So I did research and I came back with all sorts of answers that contradicted each other. Hell, I even read some articles that said not everyone can get cut abs no matter what they do. That really brought me down.
In the end, I did what I felt was best for my body and I never felt healthier. I'm on a good diet, I have lots of energy, I am (slowly but surely) getting a six-pack and I am maintaining my normal body weight.
It took forever, but what helped was forcing myself to STOP OBSESSING. There is a difference between will power and obsession. If you are confused, seeing a nutritionist or personal trainer always helps. But never do more than your body can handle. With patience, self-control and a little faith in yourself, you can get there. ;)

Thanks for the advice. I know I go through stages where I really obsess and thats when I have the least amount of results. It's hard not to obsess at times, but I agree, you just need to do whats best for your body. Maybe some time I'll see better results. Until then...thanks for the pick me up.

Sometimes faith is the ONLY answer. When you've gone a whole month and only lost a pound - faith is sometimes all you have!
