This is the right place to vent. Don't beat yourself up. Superman only exists in the comics. Get right back on the wagon and don't worry about it. Each day is a new day and you get to start over.

Don't punish yourself. Learn from what you have done. Was there a trigger, stress, party, etc to make this happen? Possibly were your calories so low the days previous that your body couldn't take it any longer? There could be so many factors as to why you "fell off the wagon"

I agree with Nancy B. Don't beat yourself over it - none of us is superhuman. If so, none of us would be overweight, would we?

I've "fallen off the wagon" so many times in the past 14 months I stopped counting....but, I've still lost 73 pounds (I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 177).

Just take it one meal at a time, one pound at a time. It'll come off if you give yourself, and your body, a chance.
