Yeah I wanna do the whole body makeover thing too!! I have dreamt of it happening for about 12 years now, it has yet to actually happen but hopefully this time it will.
I will get my haircut, and I will definitely get some nice girly type clothes. Right now all I wear are jeans and tshirts and sweaters, anything that will be lose and completely cover me up. I would get some tight shirts, not slutty or anything just more form fitting and some skirts. I would wear makeup and get my hair done all nicely. Ah, I hope it happens. Then I could go back to my hometown and just wow everyone!

When I lost my first 50 I got my hair highlighted and I've kept that up ever since and love it.
I've lost 84 pounds and have about 40 more to go, maybe more, maybe less, depending on how I feel.
Anyway, I've already consulted a plastic surgeon about getting my loose skin removed. It is absolutely terrible. The insurance will pay for my droopy stomach and for me to get a breast reduction (Size E to a size B/C). I was scheduled to get it in September, but, I won't be as close to my goal weight as I want to be by then, so I'm postponing it until possibly the spring or next fall, depending on how much I lose.

I loved all the ideas that people had for how to celebrate their loss. I got goosebumps and a little thrill out of all the hope that was sitting in this thread. We're all going to get these darn lbs off and when we do....watch out!!!!
I already change my hair on a regular basis (get bored so easily) and my husband hates the idea of a belly piercing. I'd get a tatoo, but I'm too afraid of the pain. So, I guess I'm just going to update my wardrobe; I can't be wearing baggy clothes to work and I figure that they new purchases should be a little more fashionable and perhaps a little more shape revealing (nothing hoochie, except for maybe one clubbing outfit- LOL).
