Last night I did bench presses for the first time! It was really cool! I only bench pressed 55 lbs for 3 sets of ten, but it felt wonderful. I am tellin ya, when I lose the fat I am going to have an awesome body underneath! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!! I work out with my trainer and another girl, sometimes one other and we have so much fun. I think we keep the guys from getting a good workout though because we are always making them laugh at the wrong times. Last night we were being so silly that a couple of them just stopped working out and watched us. It is all alot of fun and makes exercising so much better. I look forward to it instead of dreading it! I hope everyone else is enjoying their exercising routines also!

Yes, that is what bench pressing is exactly! I haven't weighed, but I am losing inches and I am not measuring those either, but I can tell in my clothes and I am getting alot more compliments lately. I decided that it doesn't matter how much I am losing as long as I am losing some of it no matter how slowly it might be. As soon as I get a new pic taken I will post it to see if any of you guys can tell that I am losing. I know I am, but pics are so cruel! LOL........take care G
