Yesterday was my day to start fresh and take my baby steps back to better eating and exercising. Well, wouldn't you know that it turned into a painful day and a trip to the dentist for a root canal. So yesterday was pretty much shot exercise wise, but what about today? Will the heavy heartbeat cause the work I got done to throb? Will it cause pain doing it so soon after? I'm doing little things today (cleaning with added effort) for exercise but what about the aerobics?
Thanks guys

I've had quite a bit of dental work done including about 5 root canals or so and I never experience the horror that some do. I always took it easy that day and the next day I always felt good enough to do whatever I wanted. I would do whatever you feel comfortable doing. I think everyone is different and I'm actually the only person I've ever known to not flip out at the mention of a root canal.

I say take it easy for a day at least and make sure the thing heals right. Noithing worse than messing up a root canal. I bet you don't have any problem avoiding food!
Good luck,
Eric

No problems avoiding food lol! All I can eat are soft things until the tooth gets out of "shock" (as the dentist put it). So, yogurt, pudding and spaghetti O's are on the menu. Although today it doesn't hurt so bad when the tooth below hits it so I might try something harder.
I'm going to try to exercise now but it's been so long that I might not be able to do all of it, keep your fingers crossed. Like G said, i'm taking little steps to get back up where I was.
