Hey...
Forgot to ask about this in the last post.
As a lovely parting gift from my BX...I have a man's fist size bruise on my breast. So..today I talked to the nurse about that...and she says no exercise for a week or so...give my chest a chance to rest...so...any ideas on low impact stuff I can do just to get the heartrate up...I must say I have already thought of the "discussion" we had last week about Fitday.com and sex... :)...sorry...had to get that in. Don't really think that is going to help me at this point.... :).
I have not excercised since late July...and I REALLY need to get back into the swing...so...any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated...already thought about a bike...I don't have one...but...do have free acess to the gym at work and am willing to go over on that...or...how jarring is the elliptical machine? I can take a long lunch break and go do that.

Actually, from what I remember the elliptical is one ow the smoothest machine to exercises on...Many people will find easier to work out on that one when first starting out and it is lower impact on the joints ect...G
