both, right now. but, when i was single, they seemed to go together; if i ate right, i would most likrly feel like exercising.

I am 500 pounds. I am trying to lose 200 pounds to fit in a bikini I recently bought. I hope I can reach this goal before summer ends because I really really want some guys to notice me at the beach. What should I do? Exercise or not eat?

If I'm in the grove and doing my excercise I have no problems w/ that. But eating is a toughy...I just plain LOVE food...real food too, not just junk. However, if I stop excercising for a week or more and then try to get back into it it is very hard!

EATING...
Back from the beach...I exercise everyday with no problem in the hotel room. I am able to do cardio routines that gives me the intensity to lose weight. I even took along a resitance band for strength work.
Eating is the hardest to control now, only when I don't drink enough water. If my water is on point, then I'm fine.
Only gained 1/2 lb all week. I thought it was more, so I am Very Happy...
