I've come across a cool find. My boyfriend's mother has one of those "Tony Little's Gazelles" things tucked away in her shed. She doesn't like it but says if I'd like, I can have it.
I was wondering if any of you had ever used one, or if you guys had any thoughts on them. I like the idea of the low impact on my knees... and also for my feet. I'm just curious as to whether they're REALLY effective

I think pretty much any piece of exercise equipment is effective--as long as it gets your heart beat up and you sweat....and you use it. Drag it out and give it a chance. If anything starts to hurt in the "wrong way" then move on; but at least give it a try. Good luck.
