Sunday: Step aerobics, Back and Chest weight-training,lower abs
Monday: Taebo, upper abs and obliques,20 mins treadmill, 2km walk
Tuesday: Step, lower abs, 20 mins treadmill, 2 km walk
Wednesday: Taebo, Shoulders weight-training, 20 mins treadmill, 2 km walk upper abs and obliques
Thursday: Step, lower abs, 20 mins treadmill, 2 km walk
Friday: will do Taebo, upper abs and obliques, Arms weight-training, 20 mins treadmill no 2k walk today.
Saturday..Nothing...gonna sleep in...have a bubble bath...and treat me like the princess I am....lol...;) Hubby gives me Saturday mornings to do this ...he gets up with kiddies and he gets Sunday mornings...we have a really good program going here!!

Yikes.... it wasn't a great week for me. Lots of work so I missed 3 cardio sessions... which really pissed me off, but anyway, here goes:

Monday: nadda
Tuesday: Upper body weights for 50 mins
Wednesday: nadda
Thursday: 20 mins interval training on treadmill
Friday: the plan is 20 mins interval training + hockey tonight

Ohh... it looks worse in writing... my bad :P I'll do better next week... PROMISE!! :))

Saturday- 40 minutes interval training on treadmill- 20 minutes upper body weights

Sunday- 40 minutes interval training on treadmill- 30 minutes lower body weights and ab crunches

Monday- 30 minutes interval training on treadmill- 30 minutes upper body weights

Tueday- Day off

Wednesday- 40 minues interval training on treadmill- 30 minutes lower body weights and ab crunches

Thursday- 30 minutes interval training and 20 minutes upper body weight.

Friday- Day off

I think i'm in a slump. Any ideas how I can spice up my workout? I don't have a gym membership and I don't have a lot of time since I have a husband and twin 7 year old boys. I do my workout either early morning or when the kids go to bed. I think this is why I can't loose my last 20 pounds. I do the same thing everyday!! I need help!

Hmmm... do you do light or medium weights? My suggestion would be to drop the cardio to 20 mins, and up the weights to 45 mins. In addition, start eating low carb and high protein foods. Just change it up a bit to give your body a shake.... sometimes that's all it takes.

Just my opinion... hope it helps :))

I think they are medium weights.... but actually they are pretty light. We have only had the weight machine for about 4 weeks and I am still trying to get used to using it. I'm scared that if I cut back on the cardio I will gain the weight and not loose any. I took a week off 2 weeks ago from my exercise and the results were awful! I had a gain of 4 pounds and I can't mentally take another gain like that again. Everyone keeps telling me that it needed to be done to shock my body into loosing again, but I tell ya... that 4 pounds was a skock!!
