I just wanted to update you we bought a weslo bike from Sears. It cost about 150.00.
It is the kind you sit low on, and it has a back to protect you. It has a caloric counter on it, and also a place for a water.
We are going to put it in Nick's room, that is also where the computer is at also.
I said to my son, if you want to watch tv, you will need to be riding the bike. He said okay, I'll try it out.
We had a horrible August, we both gained weight. This week we get our computer back, so that will be nice to be back involved.
We just started back walking last night, we walked a 1/2 mile, it was nice. Nick rode his scooter and we pulled Anna in the wagon.
