Two days in a row I've managed to do 3 miles on the treadmill and 100 crunches. Now I have to go back to work... I suck on exercise after I have worked ten hours each day.:( Oh well, at least I can manage a mile sometimes after work...he he I work in an auto assembly plant and I'm on my feet all day.. whew that wears ya out... But I've lost 2 lbs since the 12th of January :)

Good job, I understand the being on your feet all day part, when I use to work in a factory during a period of time where I ahd actually lost weight(before gaining it because I didn`t keep it up) I would use the stairs and go thru every floor to the next set of stair on each level after each break( so it would cut my break by 5 minutes but hey it was worth it) It all adds up don`t get discourage...G
