Someone wrote ever had one of those days....
Well, I feel like I have had one of those weeks...
I have totally lost my motivation...my exercise buddy is planning on moving, so she has been busy with that. Also I think I did something to upset her, we used to talk every day and now it is only when I call when we talk.
I haven't been drinking my water, or even eating healthy at work. My goodness last friday I ate chesse balls, bowl of soup, small salad, and ice cream. I was so sick.
This whole weekend I have done nothing but lay around the house. I made pizza today, and I'll bet there was a pound of cheese on it.
Went to 1st communion party, had a piece of cake there, and couldn't wait to get home to eat some they sent home with us.
I am out of control. I know that tomorrow is a new day, but I miss exercising, I miss my friend...but how do I ask her if I upset her somehow?
take care everyone, I am so scared I am going to gain all my weight back. That is my biggest fear.

Yeah.. having one right with you.... Snacking here and there saying that I'll fix it later.. scale is stuck... and stressed completely out... fiance, kids, jobs... you name it....Just gotta find that motivation....
If your friend is truly your friend just call her and be up front with her... tell her how you notice that you only talk when you make the effort and ask her if she is upset with you.. The longer you put it off the longer it will be a problem for you...
Take a care of this problem so that you can get back on track with your program...
