Ahhh! I got on here because I'm trying to fight one of those horrible cravings. I got on here to get my mind off of it and it seems to be working. I always get the worst cravings about this time at night. :-( Errrr..soo fustrating. But I will not give in!!!

Sam I so agree with you, this is the hardest time of the night. Sometimes coming on here helps me, sometimes nothing can stop me. Don't give in if you can if you did already don ;t feel bad we all cave sometime. Just remember that tomorrow is a new day. Hey...don't you go to Curves? How's it going for you? Do you still enjoy it? Let me know what you think?

I got on here for the same reason!!! I was just about to go into the kitchen for a bag of Cheetos. I am trying to keep myself from doing it. I really blew it at lunch today, I had mexican food, and alot of it. I usually figure once I've blown it, I'll just start again tomorrow, and I eat junk the rest of the day. But I am really trying to change my way of thinking. I am so glad that I have found this group. It's encouraging to know there are other people going through the same thing that I am going through. We can do this together!!!

So far I haven't given into those darn cravings yet! I think I'm about over them though thank goodness. :-) Yeah I've been going to curves for about two and a half weeks now and so far I really like it!! I'm losing weight..slowly but surely. I would kind of like to do some more excercise, but I'm just not sure what. So you are going to Curves too, right? How do you like? I feel like I'm not doing enough excercise so I thinking of starting to jog again. Anyway, I hope to hear from you!:-)
