5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

lol... id like to do pushups.... but my breasts and belly get in the way and it does no good.... wont be long though....
reading about you and eric and emily and eric and your competitions.... i have never ridden that far in my life (well maybe when i was a kid and would ride for hours at a time every day) but in my "i dont live with my evil mom anymore so i dont HAVE to leave and walk/ride if i dont want to" life.... i havent (i gues nothing is saying i couldnt!!!)
so i am inspired... i am going to count "actual workout miles" (because i dont have a pedometer) and make a goal of 20 miles walked in august (then next month 25)
you all are so cool!

Oh Jenn, you`re the coolest with such nice words...If you don`t have the pedometer you can always count minutes as well...Or aim at days..You can also put a penny in a jar for every mile or minute you walk and see how much you collect between now and x-mas....I`m cheering for you...G
