A Happy Thanksgiving to you G as well. We are having a boat load of folks for Thanksgiving (it's our favorite Holiday as we have so much to be grateful for). So I haven't been working out, just cleaning and painting and putting in new doors and crown molding and junk.
But now I can regroup and refocus and get on a losing track again.
I would like to say to you , and all of you, that I am very grateful for having found you, and for your support and kindness.
Happy Thanksgiving FROM US TO CANADA!
I intend to live forever.....So far so good!

" So I haven't been working out, just cleaning and painting and putting in new doors and crown molding and junk."
Hmmm, the up and down movements of using a paint brush or roller on the wall....the added movements of measuring and cutting crown molding....Putting in new doors.....I don`t know about you but that does sound like a form of work out to me! ;D

I'm still here, just mostly reading posts and not posting anything myself. I am doing good with my weight loss, playing hacky sack is really burning some fat for me. Doing pretty good with my eating but not as good as I should. Thanks for asking about me G!
