What do you guys say to 1 more sweaty, calori burning work out before the year is over? Let`s challenge each other to a 350 calorie burn, and we can feel free to make it more....G
5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

I just did a small work out...3 ten minute sets on the elliptical with some weights and abs in between. It wasn't "top form" but I want to be ready for hard workouts after the new year. I'm with you G!

i did 45 minutes of step aerobics this morning, and then 1 mile (15 min) on the eliptical machine.
the eliptical said 200 cals burned. not sure about the step class.

I'd like to take this challenge too if I may. I've kind of been slacking through the holidays and this will be the thing to get me jump started again. I'm going to do 20 minutes on the exercise bike and then some circuit weight training. Hope you all had a great Christmas.
