Thanks for the picture G. That's alot of snow. We get nothing like that here in Texas. I've been in it though. I have a house in NH, but have only made one winter trip in 5 years...it's just too darn cold.

THAT'S A LOT OF SNOW...!!! NO WONDER YOU ARE SICK OF IT!!!!!
i live in central Tx and have never seen more than say 1 to 2 inches of snow on the ground! I was born in Minnesota and am told that there was 2 feet of snow on the ground when i was born! We moved back to TX when i was 2 yrs old and I'll be 32 this month...... I still crave snow. (does that make me a true yankee at heart? cuz I won't admit to it. I'm pure Texan thru and thru!)

That's a fair bit of snow... albeit I've seen worse, but then again, I live in Canada. Where are you located simply trying? I'm on the East Coast of Canada, in a province named Prince Edward Island.... we've been lucky this year... there's only about 2-3 feet on the ground.... the snow piles have been known to surpass 6 - 7 feet in places.
Cheers,
Luna :))
PS -- look on the bright side.... mother nature is forcing exercise upon you!! :)))

HEY!!!!! Looks just like where I live!!!! I used to love the winters...until this one. I moved to Utah from Florida ten years ago and this is the first year since I have been here that we have had this much.
Can't wait for Spring...tired of being cold.
Keep on shovelin' :)

I grew up out in Wyoming near Jackson. On a typical winter, we could drive our suburban through a path of snow and have the snow taller than the vehicle on both sides. I love snow. I adore it. I love shovelling it. I love playing in it. I think it's the best thing in the entire picture of existence. If I could pick a season I would like to be in perpetually, it would be winter. AS LONG AS the sun shone. Then I'd be fine. My emotions go wacky when there's no sun. Other than that, I'd love it. :)
One time, it started snowing on July 4th while we were out watching fireworks. Not kidding. LOL

Anne...That is so amazing...snow on July 4th...It snowed twice here in my life....Christmas 1963 and then again in 1976. Barely stuck to the ground.
