I'm with you this AM. I was also inspired by Spuds 21 day habit. Thanks for the wake up G! Jumping to the floor for Abs. Then the elliptical, and finally weights. I'll let you know how it goes!

Heh Eric, even though I managed to get 21 days of cardio in a row in I still gained weight. Stupid holidays.

The point here is that losing weight is hard, even if you're dedicated. Don't lose hope my man, you're still ahead of the game having dropped 13 pounds. You just gotta keep going for it, keep lowering that middle number. I gotta work on my numbers too, I'm not satisfied, I'm still technically overweight which pisses me off. Stick around the board, I'm gonna try to write more as I'm gonna need all the support I can get.

I had a good work out this morning. I'm not quite "up to speed" but I had completed my 45 minutes on the elliptical when my kid got me so mad, I figure I had better jump back on before I killed someone and so I did another half hour. This plus weights and abs. Actually I did:
Abs and push-up for about six minutes
Then 22.5 minutes elliptical at about 375 calories
Then about ten minutes of weights
22.5 more on the elliptical at about 375 cals
Then 10 more minutes of weights
Then 15 min. elliptical
Then 5 min abs and pushups
Then 15 more minutes of elliptical.
It wasn't real intense, but it was long.
Tomorrow, less time and more intensity.
