I'm not sure if I'm doing enough cardio. I swim on a team for an hour a day walk about 10 min a day and sometimes dance around. I don't have the time or the will to do weights or any muscle toning excericizes, which I know sucks, but I try when I have time. So do you think that's enough? I weigh 140lb and I don't eat too well (trying to improve), so I'm worried it might now have any effect.

an hour a day in itself is fine yep...u seem pretty active, incorperate the healthy eating and you will begin to lose...add weights u will probably lose more, depending how how much u have left to lose.

Okay, thanks. Also I was wondering is it better to eat before or after excersize. I think it would be more comfortable to eat after, but I really want to know which way I burn more. Thanks.Jane wrote:

u will burn the same...eating before and waiting a lil bit then exercising will give u more energy and give u a better workout...this in turn may help u burn more calories but for arguments sake, say you do the same, it wont matter...it comes down to calories at the end of the day remember.
